Was this the student who turned himself in? if not then how did the school know he was apart of the prank? do they have cameras pointing in the road? or could it be someone told on him?

I wonder why that is? I agree with you... but it does make you wonder how that works that way..

my husband said the same thing... for him to be so smart to be valedictorian, he was not to smart for not reporting it once it got out of hand.

The parents of the EPHS valedictorian has hired a lawyer and they are fighting the school system over their son's suspension and the fact he lost his status as valedictorian going to court to stay in school. Jacob Zimmerman lost his battle to get back in school, from the school board, and tribunal he was guilty of painting the road, he said that is all he did the school got swept up by the PR of the county, said the lawyer Mrs. Zimmerman said no one knows her son, and his name has been slandered, and hopefully he has not lost his scholarship to GT

I just seen a clip on the news were the parents of a senior has hired a lawyer and fighting the school for the possible loss of his scholarship... coming up on channel 2 the parents do not think it is fair for their son to loose his status and be kicked out of school for a school prank. just seen the rest of the news clip, it is the valedictorian of EPHS

Thanks... I figured that everything had been written down and detailed. I agree the video is not very good.. and i was thinking it takes longer then 30 minutes to for a broken nose to swell.

makes you wonder what your life was about before your kids huh? when my oldest son moved out to another state, (college) I still had one at home (sometimes) I looked at my husband one night and said, *what did we do before we had kids* we felt lost, with our boys not around, we always had our boys with us everywhere we went. We slowly found our way back to our lives before there were kids lol and we enjoy our lives now. it will take you a while to get use to just having one child around. you do not have to cook as much, wash as many loads of clothes, a lot more space in the home.

To me i already have the perfect man, so i would go with #2 lol

#1 is my favorite... the judges on the show (which by the way is my favorite show)are always saying they are looking for an unusually voice, something they can work with. and for your daughter to be able to sing Christiana's song as well as she does, says a lot for her... that is a hard song to sing. Christina would have to turn her chair around just to see who was singing her song as well as she sings it her self. ( I already have her on the show lol) your daughter has a great voice to be so young.. I wish her the best of luck. I would also take LPPT up on her offer..

How long does it take a broken nose to swell? they said the video was made 30-40 minutes after the shooting. I seen the video this morning, and with Zimmerman's head being shaved,it will make it easier to look for the injures that he is suppose to have. maybe the police report will come out after he was booked, about marks on his body.. they have to detail those items.. so maybe they made documents on it.
