I have three Rokus and no cable bill (sans internet). Love them. I just got the Roku3 for the main TV yesterday. The faster processor is great and it comes with a youtube app. I can find a youtube on my pc or phone and send it to the Roku with one click. Awesome. You may want to check out Playon as an add on app. It has several channels that ply the major network's rebroadcasts. ($50.00 lifetime membership) We did have to get the Aereo app as well to watch local broadcast TV live because the antennas I bought were not cutting it for me. It is $7 a month, but good quality.

They have an app for that. You use your phone as a remote and you can use the phone's keyboard to type in the search. Roku Remote

I don't see that as a viable reason. We only have internet and watch all our TV and movies online. So far this month (as of the 20th) we have only used 59GB. Our TV is streaming from 3pm-11pm each weekday, and pretty much 7am-12am on the weekends. We are both constantly online during these hours as well. Maybe I need more gadgets . . .

Looks like I won't fair too poorly . . .

We have gotten rid of Comcast’s cable and watch all our TV via the internet. I'll have to see what our current usage is. This could put a serious crimp in my lifestyle . . .

I tried the toothpaste on my headlamps today, and I have to say, they cleaned up pretty well. A lot of brown film came off on the towel and they look nearly new. Hopefully, it will last for a bit . . . Adding a note to say, toothpaste is a mild abrasive, so I may have done more harm than good in the long run. Time will tell . . .

I read the other day that toothpaste works wonders on plastic headlight covers as well. I am going to try a small test area to see if it is true. Seems like it should do the trick...

I got lots of virus attacks on projectfree.tv just now . . .

I have one of my old laptops hooked up on the main TV now, and have used it for some shady looking sites to watch my Braves, but I will check out TVPC. I have found Justin.TV on the roku to be pretty useless. Am I doing it wrong? All I find there are repeats of webshows I can get most anywhere on roku . . .

Have three, we use them for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu Plus, Playon, Plex Roku USB, Vudu, PBS just came online this week, and MLBTV. Don't miss cable a bit, but it can be a challenge for live sports . . .

Two spaces is old school because typewriters had uni spacing, meaning that an i took up the same real estate as a w. Today, one space is standard. Personally, I still use two and only use one in limited cases, like twitter that limits the number of characters . . .

I got rid of cable this year, but this is the one show I was willing to buy a season pass for on Vudu. Can't wait for some zombie killing. No to be a spoiler, but Lori is very clearly dead. Ask her dumbass son . . .
