  1. How do you post a pic here from a website? How do you do it; step by step?
  2. Dumbestgirlintheworld, will you tell me the steps involved in posting a pic like you just did?
  3. Here's a gown someone else posted in a thread not long ago. It would be hard to pack though: http://home.comcast.net/~ryannovelline/16.html#
  4. Does anyone plan on going? It's Saturday from 10:00-4:00pm at the Paulding Community Center. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Shepherd's Rest Ministries.
  5. Does anyone remember this episode of the Lil Rascals? Spanky's mom forbids him to join the gang in looking for treasure in a nearby cave. He sneaks out anyway, and the gang succeed in finding a giant treasure chest which they break open. After helping themselves to as much loot as they can carry, they try to find their way out. They find themselves in a room with oversized furniture, and soon find out why it's oversized when a giant walks in.
  6. I watched this every morning through the week: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3w7w58CREY
  7. I watched this a lot on Saturday mornings: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-r6A7TzvUI&feature=fvst
  8. Enthusiasm Makes the Difference by Norman Vincent Peale was popular, too.
  9. There's a big chunk of time unaccounted for: She went back to her desk; got on her pc and got on p.com/
  10. Some sources say that it was published in 1936; while some say 1937. Amazon.com Review This grandfather of all people-skills books was first published in 1937. It was an overnight hit, eventually selling 15 million copies. How to Win Friends and Influence People is just as useful today as it was when it was first published, because Dale Carnegie had an understanding of human nature that will never be outdated. Financial success, Carnegie believed, is due 15 percent to professional knowledge and 85 percent to "the ability to express ideas, to assume leadership, and to arouse enthusiasm
  11. Just a couple of days ago someone here posted the following about me: "Share with everyone how ... you live ... your life ... Then you'll have some credibility". The member that made the statement about me seems to want to examine my personal actions so closely. She says that if I do all the things from a long list she wrote that I will then have "some credibility." My life is not about that.
  12. All I did was just label the link she posted differently. I think she can appreciate it.
  13. Last night there were 4 other posts in the thread that are gone now. One was made by me. I make one fun-loving humorous post on p.com, and it disappears. Usually a lot of different types of humor on p.com are left visible so I don't understand. I thought it would make people smile.
  14. What happened to the humor that was here earlier? Was it split into another topic? Last night there were several other posts in this thread. The last one I saw was by LPPT.
  15. He's improving now since the surgery. When we were trying to find something to help I found some exercises online recommended for a pinched nerve so that might be an option. His was in the area of his elbow. Yours sounds like a different area. Hopefully it will respond quickly, and you'll feel OK soon.
  16. My husband had trouble from a pinched nerve over a period of time. On morning about 3 months ago he woke up and one whole side was completely numb. He was treated at the hospital and had tests for a stroke which is what he thought had happened, He was able to walk later that day but his arm and hand were bascially paralyzed. He was treated with a prescription, but it did not work. He tried other options. He went to a Chinese doctor who did acupuncture and gave him herbs, but still he did not improve. He had surgery at Emory a week ago. The surgeon said the nerve was completed compressed. Thank
  17. Surepip, I showed you over and over in this thread. I showed you where the state of Maryland is currently considering a ban of arsenic in poultry feed. I showed you that the FDA is concerned about antibiotic resistant bacteria, and that they believe that the poultry industry contributes to the problem. But it appears that you're so deeply entrenched in the poultry industry that you don't want to see the truth. Others do. I am thankful for this thread on p.com where people can read each post and make informed decisions for themselves.
  18. I feel certain you are making progress. I just know a breakthrough could happen any day now.
  19. It's sounds like you are making progress. Don't you think?
  20. Johnny Jacobs, I saw where you mentioned gum in another thread just now. It remimded me of this thread. So how are you doing?
  21. We live in an imperfect world where everyone's imperfect. I like to explore different possibilities and ideas. A good way to do that is through reading. Not all books are written with the goal of making the author rich.
  22. Dumbestgirlintheworld, what are you hoping to accomplish with that comment?
  23. TabbyCat, your post seems way off-topic. What do any of the things you mention have to with this thread? I've tried to be patient with you and mostly ignore the things you post repeatedly, but it seems a bit much to ask another member on p.com if she has the things you mention in your post. Drywall? Air conditioning? "Any" cosmetics? Laundry detergent? And list go on. Then you go on to say that if I don't use those things I'll have "some credibility?"
