My kidney function has been decreasing, and I am looking for a nephrologist. I had one when I lived in another state, but haven't found one I like here. Has anyone been to Dr. Edgar L Wollam? Also, have any of you found any of the special kidney diets benefical?

That reminded me of the scene from Julie & Julia where Julia has been chopping a huge pile of onions when her husband comes in.

I bought a 5lb. bag today at Food Lion for $3.99 minus a .50 coupon I printed from southernsavers.com/. I don't know if this was a special price or not. I also noticed that they have a scanner to scan your membership card that prints coupons.

I usually buy onions by the bag because I use them regularly for cooking. Lately the best price I've seen are for Vidalias at around $1 per pound. Do produce markets or anywhere else have them for less?

I had electric before we moved here. I prefer electric because I like to simmer things like soup on really low heat and the gas flame doesn't adjust as low on the stove I have now compared to the electric I've had previously. I lot of chefs like gas cooktops though with electric ovens. I checked out your menu on your website http://www.thebumblebeebakery.com/ I've been looking for some good yeast rolls. The grocery store bakeries don't have any that are that good. The ones I used to make had a higher fat content that added to the flavor.

I haven't yet. I want to do something with it though. Here's some info on using it with stencils to make raised designs on furniture.
