There are a LOT of post high school trade schools that offer scholarships, and a lot of companies that sponsor them. Most of your high school shop classes have contacts and connections for them, as due the school admins. At least they did where I went to school. It wouldn't shock me if PC schools are behind on this. They were too busy building new gyms and stages when I lived there.
