Yeah, since when is PBR a liberal drink?
-
I'm guessing this will get dumped into the political fourm although I find it more satire then political.

Well I see it.....

Fixed it.

The pic says it all....

At this rate of slow and steady we will be out of our problems when I'm about to retire....FORTY years from now. This is a joke.

If the "experts" were forced to work and live in the real world I wonder if their reports would still be written through their bullcheeze tinted rose colored glasses?

A few things... 1. Im a generation below you. 2. Nothing we do is going to "fix" this issue that took millions of years to create 3. No one is against indivduals inventing better ways, just like the examples you gave. The issue is when it is shoved down our throat via gov't demands and the sales pitch ignores half of the issue to make everything seem rosie when it isn't.

Restored Payroll Tax Pinches Those Who Earn the Least

I don't see why, back when that 2% was given back to us all the anti-Obama crowd laughed and said it wouldn't have any impact at all. So now that we have to pay it again everyone is bitching about where their money went. What a joke. -
I don't think that is it at all. The issue is that folks only want to look at one side of the issue, it has nothing to do with being liberal, or politics at all, it has to do with science and common sense.

Hey don't get me wrong they can have my Trans Am with its gas sucking V8 when I die, but we do need to start figuring something out. I'm all for a car that is cheaper for me to own. My mom has had her Volt for over a year now and is yet to use gas. Granted she is retired, and only drives about 15 miles a day if that but still it's a start. ....and I guess I was thinking more about the Honda Clarity which while it is an "electric" motor does not require you to plug the car in there for the argument about burning coal etc. goes out the window. I didn't open the link as frankly I don't have 1

You are aware Hydro cars aren't electric right?

Poll: Americans expect economic pain to continue

Yeah. Keep telling yourself everything is getting "better" maybe if you believe that lie hard enough it will come true. Sorry, at one point I to believed that it was improving. It isn't. We are at a stand still. For every up there is a down and if you can't see that you are either not researching deep enough or you are just willfully blind and ignorant to the stat of affairs that is causing the average joe to slip deeper and deeper into debit with little to now hope of climbing out just to survive. -
They do that too.

Why are folks always messing with their butt? It was made for one thing and one thing only. It's an exit not an enterance. I mean who thinks of this stuff.

yeah I've been to SD once before and it's a lot of fun, especially the Gas Lamp District during a Padres game. As our son will be almost 4 for this trip I just can't see skipping the only Disney park that has a Cars themed area. As much as I hate ALL amusement parks the look on his face when he sees that he can "drive" Lighting McQueen will be awesome. Even at his current age he gets all excited when he gets to use is peddle Car so a motorized one will blow his mind. We do plan on going to the Zoo in SD though, especially since it sounds like we can do Disney in a day or two.

I brought them. Picked them up on my way home from work. It wasn't the delivery method that got me in trouble it was spending an insane amount for them when the very next day they would be normal cost. I usually have flowers delivered to her if I'm on the road for work for longer then a day or so. Just a little FYI that I'm still thinking about her....and to let her boyfriend know I'm still around.

Nada. Made the mistake of getting the wife roses one year and she hit me over the head with them about paying 5X too much just because of the date on the calendar. If I'm lucky the kid will go to bed early and well you can fill in the rest.....

LMAO that is usually us as well but there is a little more to the story. A good friend of mine from college meet a great lady and they are getting married next year. The "its a small world" part of the story is the lady went to High School with my wife. Neither knew each other before they met at work on the other side of the country. As we only talk via text etc. it never crossed my mind that his Michelle was her friend Michelle. My mom was talking to his mom and it got back to me that Keith was getting married. I knew he had mentioned popping the question over Xmas but we hadn't spoken in a w

The ONLY issue with cutting service to 3 days a week is for Seniors who rely on the USPS to get medicince etc. I honestly couldn't tell you the last time I mailed anything. Infact I only check my mail about once or twice a week. Always on Thursday because that is when SI is delivered and usually Monday night when I take the trash to the curb. Even then the box is usually empty other then junk mail.

All the time. I mostly use them for sporting events as you can get seats at the last minute at insanely low prices. When I was in Michigan for Xmas my BIL and I all went to a Detroit Pistons game for 2 bucks each. Regular price on the tickets was 30. The arena sells them cheap and makes their money off parking and beer.
