My mother's specialty is fried chicken. Her fried chicken is the best ever. My mom's mom could cook the best chicken and dumplings and homemade Old fashioned strawberry shortcake. My dad's mom could make the best chicken and noodles and she made the noodles from scratch. One of my aunt's could make the best chocolate pond cake and another aunt could make the softest biscuits..My dad could cook really good too..he took after his mom on cooking chicken and noodles. I can't fry chicken, I can't make chicken and dumplings (not good anyway) and I would not even know how to start to make h

My favorite restaurant of all time in Downtown Atlanta, The Old Spagetti Factory closed several months ago and I miss their Spagetti with white clam sauce so much. Nothing, and I mean nothing could beat it, IMHO.

Provino's at Town Center is very romantic and the food and service there is excellent. One of my very favorite places

I think the Paulding County Civitan Club is either the sponsor or one of the sponsors of the carnival but I can't seem to find out any more info on it.

Does anyone know the hours of the Summer Carnival at the Hardy Dealership parking Lot that is going on July 26th thru July 31st. We saw the rides today and like a lot of fun but I can't find out the hours. Would like to have more info please.....

It was great..... I enjoyed it very much. I bought some fresh vegetables and I am cooking the fresh pole beans right now and they smell sooooo good. I took my mom some of the cucumbers, banana peppers and tomatoes today and she is asking for more.

I just saw the post and am so glad Grayson is okay. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers

Charlie's Corner Cafe is open Monday thru Saturday. I think they are closed on Sunday. Not sure how early they open but they do both breakfast and lunch and close at 2:00 pm. They serve breakfast up to closing time I so eat breakfast there a lot for my lunch. I highly recommend them and their phone number is 678-363-0699.

Charlie's Corner Cafe on the square in Downtown Dallas has the best breakfast. I am really picky about my fried eggs and Charlie knows how to cook them just the way I like them.They are also very nice people and go out of their way to treat you right

Thanks NY Gal. I was blessed to have a wonderful daddy in my life. We lost him in 1990 but all my wonderful memories of him will always be in my mind and in my heart.

Our dinner tonight was aboout as exciting as last nights. We were so busy at work today and I am too tired to cook so Tomato sandwich and chips. But it sure is yummy, Not much beats a good tomato sandwich to me.......

Nothing exciting here.....Maybe Banana or Tomato Sandwich...still Too full from lunch

What is everyone having for dinner? I finally had a chance to cook a really good dinner for a change. Hubby, mother, niece and I had: Fresh yellow squash...Pan sauteed Fried okra mashed potatoes sliced tomatoes smoked pork chops english peas fresh sliced peaches and for dessert: Strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream
