  1. Howdy Y'all! Hope everyone is doing well. We survived Thanksgiving... boy, I over ate. Yesterday, we hung out by a fire all day long. That was fun! Roasted hot dogs and marshmallows, even made Smores. Fun, fun, fun. Today? Venison chili cooking, and working on soap labels. Life is pretty good.
  2. I woke up this morning thinking about you and your family TBAR.
  3. Hang in there my friend. I'll continue to say a prayer for you all.
  4. The haters always make up stories. Personally, I think Ann Coulter is a sherm myself. She's the one with the GIANT Adams Apple. Skank.
  5. TBAR knows he has my prayers and thoughts. ((((hugs))))
  6. Her marketing plan is working beautifully! Look, she even has her own thread on Pcom. Bad press is still good press when you're in show biz.
  7. We're going to see it tomorrow.
  8. I voted N/A in both. I was the bride, and no - I didn't "insist" - that was completely up to him. He did it all on his own. Wouldn't have mattered to me if he hadn't asked my Father for his blessing however.
  9. This is always the status quo. Nothing new here to be read. Doesn't change how I think or feel one little iota. If people wish to be vaccinated, that is fine by me. I'm thankful that we have the choice to make that decision for ourselves, and our children still. I always advocate a truly informed decision and consent, especially where our children are concerned. Nothing this potentially damaging or life-saving should be entered into lightly and without any forethought or research IMO.
  10. I'm in full production mode.. more lip balm to make, soap to cut, soap to make, soap to box, labels to plan, bath-salts & lotion to make, WHEW! Got a little over two weeks before my big holiday show down here, and got a lot to get done to be ready.
  11. I loooooooooooovvvvvvvvvvve her! Was fortunate to see her in concert about five years ago in Atlanta. Was fantastic!
  12. Good Morning Pcom! Haven't been on here much because I'm crazy busy with soap for the holidays. Hope all my Pcom friends are doing great!
  13. I think that's pretty cool -- and could come in hand for a midwife or doula's practice.
  14. YUMMY! Growing hemp needs to be legalized in the state of Georgia. That could help save our farmers. It is an extremely useful and versatile plant. Paper, rope, twine, oil, are just some of the byproducts of the plant. Over 30 countries produce industrial hemp including Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Great Britain, France, Russia and Spain. USA? Oh, heck no! It would interfere with our losing "war on drugs." (Not at least in all states, or across the board. I think there are nine states with special "licensing" to grow it.) I use hemp-seed oil in some soaps and other skin p
  15. Way cool lighthouse. I'm sure that was a blast to explore. As for me, and my experience in paranormal investigations -- "orbs" aren't really evidence per say. 99.9% of them can be explained by various particles in the air and/or reflections or light refractions. Within the "community" of investigators, "orbs" alone are not usually enough to confirm anything. So, that's my opinion on the pics... They are explained by various photographic phenomenon and are not evidence of anything energetic/paranormal. At least not in these.
  16. I enjoy it greatly! I think it's fun, and campy. I hope the show continues -- I'm curious where they are going with the story after the end of this last episode.
  17. I feel the same way. It's harder now for me to do that... from 4 1/2 hours away!
  18. If I were you, and I was determined to do this, I'd go with the shot -- not the H1N1 nasal mist. One of the three H1N1 shots is for younger children according to the FDA's website, and that's the "Sanofi Pasteur 449/454 Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine". The other two manufacturer's shots are NOT recommended for children as young as 2. Secondly, the nasal mist is made by MedImmune, LLC. Their package insert for the live attenuated virus intranasal spray *CLEARLY* states the following: -----------------------WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS----------------------- Do not administe
  19. The CDC's cut off is 64 years of age, for the recommended age range. So, they may be hard pressed to get it. Period. Who will be recommended to receive the 2009 H1N1 vaccine? http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/vaccination/public/vaccination_qa_pub.htm CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) has recommended that certain groups of the population receive the 2009 H1N1 vaccine when it first becomes available. These target groups include pregnant women, people who live with or care for children younger than 6 months of age, healthcare and emergency medical services personnel, pe
  20. Yep! My interest in photography as well as paranormal investigations have lead me to believe that at least 98% of "orb photos" are dust/moisture/particles in the air captured by a flash. That's it. Nothing paranormal about the vast majority of them. The other 2%, IMO, are rare.
  21. Looks like dust particles reflecting -- or moisture in the air.
