Hello PCom! I've been out of town, and busy with this holiday week! Winter Solstice/Yule was on Monday, and now Christmas is upon us! What fun! Yesterday a group of my family went to see AVATAR together. There is not enough words to properly capture or express in any real way what that movie meant to me. I knew that I was going to like it... but I didn't know that it was going to be the spiritual experience that it really ended up being. It really took my breath away. I wasn't capable of conversation at dinner after wards -- but at least my nieces, and SIL, heck - everyone else that sa

According to the writers, she's done, gone, fini - dead! I just don't know how this is going to play into next season! Should be most interesting.

Yeah! I'm glad I'm not the only Dexter fan out there in Pcom-land! It really is just an amazing show. Now, as I'm reflecting, I know why they made Rita so damn annoying this season. Stands to reason that it would build animosity towards her with the fans before killing her off! The writers/producers were speculating in an interview that they could opt to speed up in time a little bit as a way of just broadly addressing the who/what/when/how of the ending of season 4. I somehow doubt they'll do that big of a fast forward, and have the kid be a bad guy. I don't see that as a natural progression of the season, but who knows? I would find that passe myself. I think the big questions into next season are going to be: 1) What doors will Rita's death open/close for Dexter? 2) How will Deborah progress in her thoughts/questions of Dexter, the person, now that

I didn't find this season slow in any regards. In fact, I think season 4 was the best one yet. The writers better really be on their game for season 5. I hope that they make killing Rita off worth it to the fans. BTW -- the writers/producers have already made these two statements: 1) Rita is REALLY dead. 2) Trinity is REALLY dead.

We have one Yule / Christmas tree this year.

I've watched all the seasons of Dexter... I've turned other family members and friends onto Dexter, who are now also addicted. Yes, I'm a fan of that hunky serial killer. I finally watched the season finale early this morning, and I'm still in shock. I gotta say, those are brave writers to dare to go this route. Anyone else out there a fan? Wanna wring your hands with me over the finale? Wanna speculate about season 5?

I have noticed these things as well LPPT. We were talking about it the other day here. Thoughts are things. They have weight. We are often "what we think." And we have the ability to change a lot in our lives by our attitude, the energy we send out, because that is what comes back. So, I say, let's spread the cheer!

What a story! Being disruptive like that is a good way to end up in trouble in a courtroom though. Not a good plan. Unless her plan was to not be picked as a juror. Of course, the changing of her name to Jesus Christ may have got her nixed anyway - depending on the case itself. I remember when my Dad was having to pick jurors for a case.

Not just no, but HELL NO. I have no need to snoop. And if I thought I did, I'd just talk to my husband about it. Snooping is for people who need to grow up in their relationship IMO.

Hello! Hope everyone in Pcom land had a great Thanksgiving! I worked right up to the last minute gearing up for a big craft show I do every Christmas/Yule season. This is my 4th year. Today I'll be busting booty to get lipbalms, sugar scrubs, and maybe facial elixir made. See what else I get done too. It's going to be a good show I think!
