M3 this is one of the reasons we need tort reform. It is too easy to find said " Jenny" and get them to take your case. Even if they loose they win. There needs to be a penalty for bringing up frivolous lawsuits. And most notably to cover costs for the defender if . Plaintiff looses.

Do you have breathing issues that would "promote" a barrel chest? If that is so it could be growth to facilitate breathing. Kind of like working out . -
I have a few questions for you business management folks

Sorry will not give out the name right now. I will say that unless you are a business you will likely not deal with them. As far as who is responsible for the UIB and qualifying it is defined this way on page 5 of the book. You have to earn a certain amount for benifits and they look back 4 quarters to see your average wages. Seperation is determined by why you were let go from your most recent employer who is defined as the last employer who was required to pay unemployment insurance on your behalf. It is possible for your last employer to not be the most recent if the last was not requir -

Excluding the pain as an issue... have you lost weight. Losing weight can greatly affect how your skeleton appears. Obviously you will see bones that were not visible prior and the decrease in musv let / fat can make it show even more. Arthritis can also make bone joints swell. -
I would wonderb if they have a legal obligation to pay for the outstanding balance at the high school based on a civil contract. I could see that being the case as long as there was not a clause they could invoke upon the child being 18 that transfers legal obligation to the now adult student. If there is and they notified the school that they would no longer pay then the school kept her enrolled at their own peril since they should have known the student could not pay.

That would be my assumption but I do know that you can quit given an acceptable set of circumstances. In this case how can you trust the employer to treat you in a normal manner. I seems like you would always be susceptible to these capricious random acts and it would be better to continue a job search elsewhere. Not arguing, just thinking. -

So we file for UI and get it. Say even just a week of leave without pay. They then ask her back. What happens if she declines theb offer to return to work citing a lack of trust. What happens then. -

I understand your point quite well. And I have been quite blunt in my fact finding with her. She knows me well enough to know that I do not just accept crazy stories or a lack of info. At this point I believe what she is telling me especially in light of the pay raises which I DoD see on her checks. So unless she committed some act that justifies immediately intervention from them and she just is refusing to tell me, I will have to say I believe the facts are at least very close to what I stated. But there could be something going on that she refuses to acknowledge. And no offense taken by you -

She has been working steady for 2 years but only 60 days for them. They as of right now havent stiffed her but they truly seembto lack management skills. I think they may be having a cash flow problem and do not want to have to pay her. That is fine as well but they should just tell her she is layerd off. -
Let's see how fast I can lay this out. Wife took a job with a small company. She was employee 6. They have fired 3. They produce nothing but resale a very common and needed item. So she is basically a paper pusher / coordinator. She was in the process of setting up operations in a new state. So it is now owner, manager and her. She got a 10% raise. 2 weeks or so later she got around 15 - 20 % more. Told you are doing great keep it up. 2 days later the owner is inquiring about how long till we go live in new state. About 2 weeks. I need it earlier. So there is a reasonable discussion about w

I forgot the most important part. As of now she has lost round #1.

I saw a little bit more on this case this morning. It appears that one of the issues is that of her CURRENT Catholic School Education. Part of her demands is that the parents continue to fund that as she is still in high school. That raises some issues for me. I understand the whole bit about being 18 and being on your own. I also understand as a parent it is, in my opinion, my responsibility to get them through high school. Call me torn on this. I do believe that after you turn 18 it is normal and correct to expect your parents to cover certain costs... SO LONG AS YOU LIVE IN THEIR HOME AND A

She is entitled to nothing. Even if the parents said they would pay for college. There is no contract. Things change. The only thing she might be entitled to would be a 529 account or other fund set aside just for her school if she had her money in it. If not and her parents wish to take the tax hit for cashing it out (not certain how that works) that is still their decision. And after she loses, as the parent I would sue for court costs. No parent wants to hurt their kid like that but dang, if the kid is that stupid then they deserve it. It would be a lesson well learned. If she had gone

Anyone have experience with dysgraphia?

I have always been told my handwriting is AWFUL. Now as an adult that has a job where many reports and notes are taken in public sagety, I always here the same thing from my readers. I don't care at all what it looks like, I need to be able to read it. I can read yours much better than most. There in lies my advantage. Writing in a purely mechanical way yields nonstylized ugly writing yet leaves functionality perfectly intact. In other words looks bad reads good. Good luck to your child. Make sure they focus on writing and grammar skills more than neatness. -
Slow-poke bill aims to stop left-lane lingerers
nschur replied to AustinPlantation's topic in RECENT TOPICS
EZRA. it ib illegal for them to drive in any lane other than the 2 far right lanes. So it onlyvappliesbon interstates with more than 2 lanes. Someone else noted those in the right lanes pacing those in the left. That is backwards. Those in the left are pacing those on the right slower traffic on the right. If you are in left lane traveling the same speed as the person to your right then move to your right or speed up. -
Way back when I worked at Richey and there was actually a closing time I was amazed at the number of last minute shoppers. We never told them how long until the store closed but management did. They would an ounce over the PA uusually see ally starting at 10 min and was a general statement made every night. Then they would guide you to the register that was still running. That would stay open for about 10 minutes or so after closing unless you were in line. Ifv you weren't they would close and you would have to leave your buggy. They just did not tolerate rude customers back then. It was real

LPPT There is a difference between being able to police the world and not and not being able to police it. By reducing our abilities we reduce our voice to the rest of the world when that is all they respect. Vietnam showed quite well that air superiority itself will not when a war. People that do not live as we do can easily adapt to life away from target areas. Just look at the Muslims. T hey put their weapons, supplies and troops in schools, mosques and other politically untouchable places that we get beat up for attacking. No we do not need to spend 20% of our budget on defense. But

You can transfer papers with a limited registration. That negates the future ability to sell pups with papers. But they are not breedable as is from your description so the limited transfer really will not help. I did email you back.

Oopsie. Meant to give you a plus not a neg.

no matter if you work or how hard you work or even how much you earn, no person or business should EVER get more back than they paid in. Period. I don't mind paying zero in taxes nearas much as getting more back. Zero tax liability I can understand negative taxes are unacceptable. I would rathergive up a tax credit of my own to stop that from happening.

Last Friday I brought my wife lunch at work. On the way home we went through the intersection of Spring & Cumberland PKWY. Right there at the QT and McDonalds. Anyway, the intersection has a red light camera. I was going through on yellow no doubt... until... a lady turned right from between the QT an McDs and made me brake hard. Anyway, I am uncertain if it slowed me down enough to make me cross the balk line after red. So I tel my wife later that I might be getting a ticket from SMYRNA in the mail. Oh well. So Monday I get the mail and find a ticket. I'm thinking goodness that was fast.

I guess I will just have to go back there again. I have been wondering if it was still good. Anyone ever eat Upstairs. They always had tables up there but I never saw anyone up there. I must have eaten there at least a few dozen times. News Junky, ask your daughter if she remembers the place.
