The law for setting up residence is screwy. If someone has established residence they must be evicted. Even your own child would need to be evicted if you asked them to leave when they turned 18 and they refused. If the owner had put up no trespassing signs, I also suggest documenting it with video, then the violator can be arrested by the police for even being on the property. The owner need not be present. I did find out that while it IS LEGAL for them to call neighbors and work and such, that by LAW they may not continue to call after they have LOCATED said party. All I have to do is tell them yep, they still live there, and they can no longer legally call me because they have "found" the partty they are looking for. I cant make them answer their phone or respond to the mail, but if they really want to reach them they know where they live.

All true but OCD can be a terrible thing. Somethings a just dont care about, other things drive me insane. Answering the phone falls into the later. My dogs barking is one of those too.
