You really have no clue about dealing with drunk prisoners. Women or men. I have told many that I would drop the charges and take them home myself if they would just be quite for 2 minutes. There are several differences. Ice is ice no mater where it is. The north tends to have snow powder on top of the ice. That makes for better traction on it.
