  1. Thank you. He was smart enough to not wait until it was bad before getting us to take him and is a fitness nut and in good shape so it's gone very well for him. The Arthroscopic surgery (not sure if that's right but google for once was not much help - the small hole surgery) did wonders, he was in minimal pain and is hopefully going to released to go back to work tomorrow. He does have 15 lb weight limit on picking up stuff for next five weeks or so.
  2. We are exhausted right now between sickness, hospital visits (Son, appendix), hosting the family Christmas Eve and Christmas, back to the hospital for family friends who's father died very unexpectedly on Christmas day, visitation, funeral, etc. We may have leftovers for NYD at this rate. We have traditionally had ham and black eye peas with other stuff. Neither my wife nor I are fond enough of Greens to eat them, one day a year or not!!
  3. Ah, ok, that would do it, they aren't designed for a lot of cycles. (which I keep telling the people at church who use the breakers to isolate the lighting system all the time)
  4. Ok, I admit, that made me LOL.
  5. There are often specialized rescues for breeds. You might Check Atlanta Labrador Rescue. Good luck.
  6. Im a little concerned that you are having to replace a breaker multiple times. They shouldnt fail unless dead shorted. Ive got 18 YO breakers with no issues.
  7. Soccers is kinda like Baseball. On the surface, pretty simple game, Pitcher throws the ball, guy at the plate tries to hit it and get around the bases if successful. Other than that, I don't know much so I don't understand the strategies underneath. On the surface, soccer is pretty simple. Kick the ball around until someone gets it in the goal. But there is a log going on underneath that you may not know about unless you understand the game. All the same, I can watch either and with enough friends around, have a good time. Go Five Stripes!
  8. Back when there were long distance cards, I over paid on my MCI card one month. For the next year they spent $1.00 a month on postage and at least 50c on paper and handling to send me a bill telling me I had a 31c credit. They should have mailed me a check.
  9. One exception is that it's often recited in traditional Methodist services, but not in the contemporary services.
  10. We got tickets to a regular season game this year. It was great experience to feel the enthusiasm of the crowd there. We had a party Sat night and I missed seeing the game, but congratulate the team! Having two kids that played at the select level for six years each really helps in understanding the subtle parts of the game.
  11. Well, I said they needed to find one, not that they had one already. I'll do what I did last time, vote for someone else in the GOP Primary, but if he wins again, vote for him if the Democrats put another full socialist against him.
  12. Especially compared to someone like Hillary, I'd like to be the first on this site to say that this is one of the stupidest tweets the man has put out yet. This benefits no one and nothing. He is impulsive as hell. Why the heck can't SOMEONE in this administration take control of the account? This is freaking embarrassing. You'll have to take my word for it that this is a real treat or check his account yourself, I couldn't figure out how to link the actual tweet. He's doing what needed doing, but man I wish that the GOP would have found a decent moderate that could i
  13. Well I think that was proven when they managed to not discover there was a trash dump on the property before building. I've never liked the idea of being forced to take the lowest bidder. You get what you pay for.
  14. All this rain has to be making the ground unstable. I've seen all the trench gear the pipeline people are using up 61N to keep it safe. Glad they made it out.
  15. Thanks! I'm assuming the election office is the usual place at the courthouse where the early voting has been before.
  16. When they both need to have their phones taken away to prevent stupid Tweets? Yep.
  17. May everyone have a great day! The Turkey is in the oven, we have lots of family coming to feast!
  18. Never look at them enough to notice the exchange number. if it says "Unavailable" then it's pick up and drop.
  19. Yea with his tweets and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's tweets, comedians for both sides should have material for years to come.
  20. Agreed they need the funding for sure. I have family in South Ga just north of the major damage line (they are close to Videlia) but it was bad enough there. Just with a new Gov. coming in who knows if his priority on the school will be the same. It would be nice to have some high paying mechanic jobs around here.
  21. Wow. Is this for billed or automatic payment? It's looking like this is only $1 a payment for autopay. I pay it now by credit card only 1%, but when you pay $2500 a year, like you say, every little bit helps. They don't give a discount for pulling it directly from the bank, so hey, might as well get the benefits.
  22. Looks like it's happening. Not one word against it from our representatives... Looks like this was pre-greased.
  23. I've paid my Auto Insurance every six months since I started driving. However, coming up with that big payment when the bill comes in is sometimes a pain. When I started to pay this time, they offered monthly payments at only $1 more a month with autopay, which would seem to make budgeting a lot better. I'm tempted to move to that plan. So I'm curious, how do you pay your Auto Insurance, and why?
  24. I guess the Commissioners can go back to fighting over the airport again. Dang. Would like to have the county move on from the airport issue... Sigh.
