As I understand it, the rule was put in place because some counties got state school funding approved based on "Growth" that they knew wasn't going to happen, just to get the state money to build a new school so they could close the old one and not have to pay 100% of the cost to upgrade the old one. Not an expert, but my understanding is: If it is a newer car, you are in trouble if you can't find at least one set. Many newer cars have keys that are electronic and must be mated to the car using an existing key. If that's the best reply you have to all the spending/tax increases of that last 12 years, it's obvious that our 2009 Paulding GOP 2nd Precinct Captain has no concern for the tax increases. Up to the last 2 months I would have agreed completely with you. Both the Local and Federal GOP representatives have been RINO's for the last 10 years of the economy boom. However, BO and the Democratic Congress have seemed determined to show that there is always something worse possible. This whole thing reminds me of the story of my company. The execs spent money like drunk sailors when times were good and now that it's dropped, we've gone bankrupt. Only difference being that the county doesn't go bankrupt, it just sucks the life out of all of us so *we* have to go bankrupt.
