Does any know the older couple that sells cemetery flowers in Hiram. I usually see them during the spring and summer. I need flowers for my Mom and Dads graves and they are always very reasonably priced.

Tunnels are a hoax....regardless of what they are doing they need to finish. I have a PO Box at Hiram Post Office and it's like going four wheeling after the rain over the past few weeks!

There was a group of trucks with American and Confederate flags gathered in the parking lot in front of Subway in Hiram on Friday night. The Hiram Police were there but left and evidently the group was allowed to stay as they were still there when we left. Not sure if this was the same group. They are all idiots trying to stir up trouble....

She is going back to the vet tomorrow. She slept most of the night and had a decent day. She ate and drank some but still not up moving around. Going tomorrow to make sure her wounds are healing well and NO infection. Thanks for asking....keep those prayers coming!

I have attached two pictures. Lexi and my daughter on her wedding day and Lexi finally resting today. Now, we are just praying for no infection. Love these two so much!

I just received some good news! Lexi, my granddog has finally sipped some water and eaten a little bit of wet food. This vet prescribed tramadol but Kristen found pain meds from her previous injury, carprofen, and it seemed to ease her pain much better than the tramadol. She is resting now and not crying in pain....we are praying she is slowly getting better. Thanks again everyone!!

My grand dog is a Yorie mix, a very small dog Yesterday, she was bitten by a much bigger dog on the back of her shoulders and neck. She was taken into the emergency vet in Blue Ridge Georgia and they said that it was only puncture wounds and that there were no tears. They gave her shots and medicine for pain and antibiotics My daughter called this morning and said that she cried in pain all night last night despite having the pain medicine and she will not eat or drink They spent quite a bit of money at the emergency vet yesterday and really don't have it to take her to a local vet

I'm going to cut and paste something I put on FB last week. It's a true story....I have been trying to help a homeless family for a while now. Once someone hits rock bottom it's very difficult to climb back up. The family that I am helping is a family of three Mom, Dad, Daughter. They have had medical issues and Dad is working two part time jobs. She can't work right now. They are not well educated and are doing the best they can. I have tried MANY resources in Cobb County. The school that she attends has so many homeless students that help is minimal. Shelters typically only take single moms,

Not really....I meet with the doctor again tomorrow to answer all of my questions. All I know is I don't want to feel like this any longer.

Began perimenopause at 36.....menopause at 47......hot flashes are the devil.......grapefruit size uterine tumor (benign) removed and hysterectomy at 50......lost Mom to breast cancer, she was 44.....doctor said no worries with HRT (I trust him fully)......still having some hot flashes (did I mention they are the devil?!).......May give Amberen a try rather than increasing HRT. I cannot live with hot flashes!

Assuming I do have gall bladder surgery and they are able to do it laparoscopically, how long will I put out of commission? The doctor tells me she had it done on a Wed. and was back at work by Monday. Can those with experience please share? Thanks!

I agree that there are many issues in our nation and our world today. I am passionate about all of them including, child abuse, mental health issues, elder abuse, AND ISIS. New York wasn't concerned about all of the "hype" when some terrorists brought down the twin towers and took out 3000+ Americans and attempted to cripple our economy. I believe all of these issues are important. It would be ignorant to ignore vague threats of any kind.
