Tabby, back in 08, mine got so bad that my entire hand would go numb and be useless. pain killers, muscle relaxers, heat/ice, and physical therapy are what eventually got me back on track. i was a zombie for almost three months though. work with a good neurologist and therapist. it's worth it girl!!!

Employees that are on call have to be accessible for the duration of their shift. Being in a personal vehicle when a call comes through means a delayed response time.

tax free weekend...what an idiotic thing for a state to adopt. if you spend 100...you save 7. big whoop if there are 10,000 spending 100 the state loses 70,000 pretty damaging. especially when we are screaming that we don't want additional taxes imposed upon us to make up for the budget shortfalls created by crap like this. i'd rather pay my 7 bucks.
