  2. no, silly. he's going to jump in your car while you're standing on the nerf bar, trying to reach the cup on the top of your truck. i'm not sure how he's going to get passed you in the doorway there, or how he'll get very far in your truck unless you got in, started it, then got back out to retrieve the cup. but then again, it's not my story.

  12. the chicken quesodilla looked pretty good. lil'b had that one. i had the nachos. they were authentic. not bar style. good, but i think i'll go with soemthing else next time. maybe fajitas. i dunno. their chicken looks to be really juicy and tender. not at all dry like i was afraid of. maybe i'll have chicken nachos next.
  13. while i must admit that the majority of your posts drive me bat-sh*t crazy........your food is awesome! we brought the kids and had an early dinner last night. the 50% off was a great incentive to get us to try a new place. food was wonderful. portion sizes were amazing, most of us couldn't finish what was in front of us. atmosphere was pleasant. service was better than most places, attentive, without bugging us to death. and the bill was less than $25 for a family of four. we've decided to make this an every thursday event.

Ingredients 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped fresh hot green pepper, such as jalapeno or serrano 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar 6 cups sugar 4 ounces pectin (recommended: Certo) 4 drops green food coloring Special Equipment: 6 (1/2-pint) canning jars with lids Directions Process bell pepper and hot pepper in a food processor until finely minced. Combine pepper mixture, vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add pectin and food coloring. Pour into sterilized jars an
  20. ummm. the pectin goes last. you're supposed to put the sugar in before the pectin. i'm not sure why you're thinking you'll have a problem....
