Just wanted to clarify, the Ford V-6 EcoBoost engines aren't bad by any means. The problem lies in they didn't engineer the turbo intercoolers properly on the F150 platform at the start, whereas they didn't have these problems with their other vehicles with these engines. And from everything I read the fuel savings have shown up in the lighter bodied vehicles they've been in, but the heavier trucks haven't seen these savings. Ecoboost engines from 2011 and 2012 had issues with the turbo intercooler condensing water inside then the water being sucked into the engine cylinders and destroying one of the two catalytic converters. A big safety issue was that when folks got on the engine to pass in traffic or w/e the engine would bog down, kick badly, then go into reduced power mode until you stopped and turned off the truck. It was a design flaw of the intercooler setup and ford issued a TSB to fix this by a)installing a air dam over the intercooler to reduce it's capability and b)reflashing the PCM to reduce engine pow

Ex-wife never made it beyond 75, she's stuck near Windy Hill with several hundred other drivers. My Ex-Wife has been stuck on side streets around 400 and I-285 for half the day now, work told her yesterday that today was a no-show write-up and then kept them at work when news started coming in, she's upset, belligerent, saying stupid crap on the phone, and ready to get out of her car to beat folks. All I can do is offer to transfer money to her account to get a room for the night, and let it go.

Then let her posts speak for themselves, it's not everyday we can sit and watch others writhe around on the floor belligerently making fools of themselves, discouting airport threads and that one who cannot be named who everyone has on ignore. It's all the folks who run in the room to piss all over her that I find somewhat disconcerting.

I've seen a whole slew of other models today that show little to no snow at all for the state, so I'm doubting as well.

The Ford V-6 EcoBoost Turbo has been plagued with intercooler issues they've not been able to remedy via TSBs without reducing the power (read HP reductions) with a PCM flash and blocking off most the air flow. The intercooler has an issue where it condenses water inside of it during inclement weather and next time you "get on it" it sucks the water through the engine, basically Trucking it all to hell and burning out the cats. Took them 2 years to even begin to admit to and address the issue they put so much stock in the engine for the F series, so I'm not too keen on the frame change myself

It's funny you say that because from what I've read about heroin, from former junkies, this is very close to the truth. It disassociates the users mind from every aspect of being alive. To be high on heroin cuts off all emotions in the brain and puts the user in what's been described as both a "womb" like or "death" like state. And upon coming down they really have no qualms in harming others to get what they need in order to get high again.
