I have a child who attends EPHS. Drug use is huge right now, I know this for a fact. I'm not revealing my sources, let's just say I'm an informed parent. Most of the kids parents don't have a clue that their kids are using drugs. Not gossip, it's a fact. Something needs to be done to help these kids, maybe drug testing is a good start.
