I think it was his friend, not him. He was hurt but, his friend was in the hospital in a coma. That was when Pamela was still on the radio show and she knew something was up and went to find him and had been home for several days without contacting her. Or at least thats how I remember it. The only reason I think it's not Michael is because CJ already lost her daughter.

Being a gunsmith is Hubbys dream job. If we could make a living at it, he quit his job faster than I could turn my head. But, I have no idea where you go to learn the art.

Ditto! 3rd grader will only eat peanut butter sandwiches and he takes one every day to school. They aren't allowed to have any nut products in his class at all because a little girl has an allergy to them and I'm fine with that. But I would have a problem if they sent home a letter saying 'no peanut butter in school'. At lunch, there is a 'peanut table' where the kids with allergies sit. And it's not so easy to find snacks with no nuts. Granola bars have nuts, trail mix has nuts, peanut better crackers, etc. -
No, the point of the laws are to sell guns legally to people who aren't and don't plan on being criminals. Where did I say that I opposed background checks? Criminals don't get back ground checks when they 'obtain' a gun. Often they are stolen or bought illegally from other criminals. How are stricter laws going to prevent that from happening? Criminals rob and kill people with those guns and that is illegal too, but does that stop them? Not according to their victims, it doesn't. I have no problem with background checks, heck, they should be more thorough than they are now becau

I'm betting Chase too, but is that too obvious and we're going to be blindsided? I'm not sure I can watch next week!

EXACTLY! The strictest laws on earth won't keep guns out of a criminals hand. How many violent crimes are committed with guns the thug legally obtained? Not many I'm thinking.

OMG!! $1000.00?!?!?! My most expensive gas bill this year even with all the cold weather, has been $96.47 and the highest electric bill since October has been $203.00. WOW!

Yea, I agree. Any dr who sees a patient a much as this dr has apparently see your husband and he doesn't remember him, there is a problem, I don't care how many patients they see every day. How could you possibly treat someone for 13 years, see them every 6 months and not recognize them? Something is way off here. Good luck!
-
Thats the problem for me too. 13 years and he didn't know who your husband was? How many times has your husband seen this man? I'm not sure this is a 'reporting' issue as much as it is 'change your dr. at the speed of light' issue. WOW!

So are they getting rid of it or just not marketing it anymore? Ya' know, if the 'health experts' think it's so bad, fine, they don't have to eat it. I love CC and once in a blue moon I actually have a bowl. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs, so if I want to have a bowl of sugary, sweet, rot gut cereal, I should be able to, I'm an adult. Maybe they should take aim at worse things instead, like all tobacco products. I don't smoke and I don't like to be around it, but who am I to tell a anyone that they should quit because it's bad for them? They already know that. Often, a persons

Judge gives beating suspects 30 days to plead guilty
dawneykids replied to jennilyn77's topic in RECENT TOPICS
With sentencing like this, it's no wonder that people commit horrible crimes. If you can do what you want and get away with it, what is 30 days in jail if the person you think 'dissed' you is out of the way? They have no regard for life and it's time that the people handing down these ridiculous sentences are held accountable. I'm tellin' ya', if a judge hands down a fluffy sentence and the criminal is allowed a plea deal or some other idiotic, lame punishment and that criminal goes out a commits another crime, the judge is directly responsible. And when these judges are called to the m -
It seems to me that the way these children are being brought up is a form of child abuse. And you're right, they don't have a chance.

We have a bundle pack from AT&T that includes Direct TV and internet access, but no home phone service. We had the same thing through Comcast and our bill went from $170.00 to $77.00 when we switched over. I know that they also have bundles that include phone that are MUCH less than Comcast. I was very wary of changing from cable to dish, but the move couldn't have been easier and the service even better. We've had dish since 12/3/10 and it hasn't gone out once, even during all the snow. I told Hubby last week that I actually liked paying the bill now, I mean we're saving more t

I agree with you. My past is just that, MY PAST. I never did drugs or even smoked pot, which my girls still don't believe, never smoked a cigarette. Didn't sleep around, never arrested and besides speeding, have never broken the law. So, I guess theres not much to tell. And I've come to the conclusion that no matter how much you try to convince your kids that you've been there, done that, they still insist on learning on their own. And in the end I can't tell how many times they have come back to me and said, 'Mom, you were right'. -
I actually had a friend tell that I should throw my daughter out, that if she thought she was old enough to be pregnant, she was old enough to take care of herself. HUH!?!?!?!?!?! That was not a good day at all and I'm still down 1 'friend'.
