I have a boy too and a couple of years ago, I insisted that my daughters remove his pics from their F/B pages. You're right, I'd be beyond horrified if either of my kids or grandkids acted like that to anyone. I've had T-Mobile for 7 years and now have 5 lines and have never had a problem. Customer service has always been really easy to deal with.
