I didn't think of that, good idea!!

My niece called me with a VERY WEIRD story today. For my sisters 50th birthday, my niece took her to London and Paris. Almost a year later in 2007, my sister passed away suddenly and very unexpectedly. We've all rocked on and gotten on with our lives, my niece married and had a baby girl that she named after her mother. Well, today my niece was looking through a box of papers and found their boarding passes from their trip. Stamped on both boarding passes was the date and time of departure, 11/28-11:55pm. She said she almost fainted because exactly 4 years later, Victoria Reese, her d

No clue what you're talking about, better yet, I don't care.

I got my grand niece a solid wooden baby doll cradle there last week for $5.00 and I would have happily paid $15.00. Hubby made one for our granddaughter almost identical and between time and materials, it wasn't cheap. Love the flea market!!!

So, after almost running the company into the ground, somebody finally decided they screwed up and are going back to their old ways. Tried to tell them and they just wouldn't listen. Why would you listen to your long time customers just because they helped keep you in the black????
-
If they do, it will be 10 times the price because they know it's so hard to find.
-
Hubby has been buying off of theoutdoorstrader.com, it's the only place we could find 9mm. He just bought a new 45 cal last week and he only has the box that came with it.
-
Yea, exactly what you said!

I think there's one on Bankhead Hwy. If you go down Thornton rd. and turn right on Bankhead, it's down on the left.
-
You mean it's not?!?!?!?!?!? Oh the horror, I'm soooo disillusioned!

I don't need to read any article to know that you shouldn't be calling anyone uneducated. One has nothing to do with the other, it was a rude and uncalled for comment.
-
Yea and it's so intelligent to attempt to make a point by calling someone uneducated. And before you go throwing words like 'uneducated' around, maybe you should learn how to use an apostrophe correctly. As in aren't or don't. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

Yummy!!! There used to be a place in Buckhead called Huey's that had cajun food and we'd take our girls there every other month or so just for beignets. It was quite a treat, we were sad when they closed. We've never been to the restaurant in Hiram, but now we may need to.

That's what I keep hearing!
-
You go girl!!!!! :clapping: Maybe we really don't need guns, just lots of HOT coffee.
-
For whatever reason, people don't want to hear this though. It's amazing to me that anyone would think that the person with the extensive background check and a permit, is the same person killing people (which in itself is against the law), shooting up bars and wreaking havoc on society. They're not the problem, the criminals are. WHO KNEW?!

It's weird that there is such a huge difference in refund times. We got ours in 4 days.
-
That's good to know. And you're right, it wasn't doing us any good in the car.

We were at Discover Mills last year and Hubby was carrying as usual. We had been in the mall maybe 15 minutes and he suddenly stopped, walked back to the nearest exit and right there on the wall was the sign stating clearly that 'absolutely no firearms were permitted in the mall'. He immediately took his gun back to the car. I never would have even thought to look for the sign, I'm glad he did.
-
Exactly!!! I get almost giddy when someone actually gets it!!!!!!!!!!

Not a redneck, don't go to bars and I have a permit. Most of those rednecks wearing guns on their belt probably aren't permit holders. So whether a law is passed or not has no bearing on redneck bar fights, guns or no guns.
-
Most responsible gun owners with permits aren't drunk rednecks in bars. The operative words here being responsible and with permits.

Hubby has bought 2 different kinds, 9mm and 22 LR (I think) from people on theoutdoorstrader.com. He said it was higher than we used to pay but at least we now have an amount that makes him comfortable and that has always seemed like a lot to me. So I think we're good for a while. Although he just bought a 45 and has only 1 box for that so far.
-
Yea, there's that! And if you find it, can you afford it? Maybe it just means guns with no ammo.
-
And to think that all this time I have taught my kids and grandkids that whining and threatening don't work to get your way. Maybe I need to rethink this. HHHMMMMMMM?????
