I completely agree! I'm one of the nicest customers ever, I'm patient and friendly and if your trying to do your job even if there are snafus, I'll work with you. But there have been times, even as nice as I am, that bad service hits you in the face and I don't handle it with a smile for sure. I have seen patrons treat people so badly, I want to slap them. This SOOOOO works a lot of the time. We've done it more than once at our house. I was washing dishes a year or so ago and I came to the last thing in the sink, pulled it out and it was my phone........GAAAAAAD!!!!!! I have no idea how long it had been soaking, but I panicked, Hubby packed it in rice for about 2 days and it has worked just fine since then.

My granddaughter wanted a baby doll and a stroller for her birthday last Saturday. Well, with 1 kid in the hospital and my mind in a million different places, I dropped the ball on presents until LATE Friday. After I read your post this morning, we had a very direct talk with middleschooler and told him NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING FROM ANYONE at school. Not opened candy, candy in a bag, etc. We gave him the names of 3 kids he could share with and we've known them and their parents since preschool and kindergarten.
