If this was approved, why on earth was it not finished during the summer before school started? We got a light on Old Cartersville at Ivy Gulledge to help with the traffic from Abney and it was finished 2 or 3 days before the first day of school. I went to the web site and I didn't see any info on daily rates at all. Memberships start at $550.00 a year and go up from there, that's if you pay upfront with no plan.
