  1. Yes. That means you're old, but all the lucky ones are, so enjoy your music!!!! OMG, middleschooler says that all the time to Hubby and me. 'Y'all know this song'????
  2. I'm SOOOO happy about this it has made me weepy. Now if your eye and temple will just follow suit!
  3. Fluffing gloves? I just put a pair of those on my Christmas list!
  4. I'm with you on Vista print. I LOVE them!! When I had to make a change in Hubby's 50th bday party invitations, there was precious little time for reprinting and getting them in the mail in time to get to where they needed to go. I had already bought one set, had them addressed and ready to go out, but plans changed and I needed another set ASAP. I called VP and they made the changes while I was on the phone, rushed the order and only charged me half of what I originally paid. I got them the next day, in plenty of time to put in the mail. We've had banners, photo cards, too many printed inv
  5. If she's 20, so am I. I never believed that she was 17 in the first place. That is one messed up broad.
  6. I'm thankful that Hubby doesn't put things off like some described here. If he starts it, he finishes it in a very timely manner. I fix just as many things around the house as he does and if I can't do it, he does.
  7. I'm with you on this one. I have every card that Hubby and I have ever exchanged and all the ones to and from our girls and middleschooler. About once a year, I go through and put each persons cards into their own container so they're just not a big mess. It's really cool to go through and look at the things that Hubby and I wrote to each other 30 years ago. Like you, I'd always want a card.
  8. According to this article, Walmart will not honor any merchandise sold online at the super low prices in their 'glitch' this week. http://www.cnbc.com/id/101180011?__source=xfinity|mod&par=xfinity
  9. Well, SIL was hoping for job security too, but after almost a year, he couldn't take it anymore and quit. That's how bad it was.
  10. Fred's??? You mean the one in Dallas across from Big Lots?
  11. We are too, but you have to wonder how things may have been different if someone had listened. And I don't believe for a moment that things will change. There were 3 female supervisors caught doing shots at their car on the company parking lot, and got 'fired', which made the news. But what wasn't on the news, is that less than a month later they were back at their desks, with back pay, no worse for the wear. Bragging that their attorney made the city give them their jobs back. There are NO consequences for the people in these jobs. Not the workers, the supervisors, etc. It's obscene and
  12. Trick or treating????? What's that?
  13. We L-O-V-E-D Fat Boys, I had no idea that they had another restaurant. Thanks!
  14. Yep, it happened to my daughter. When my special needs granddaughter was 6, she went through a phase where she'd only wear what she wanted too. It may have not be season appropriate or match or even fit so well, but when she made her mind up, the fight wasn't worth making her change. And with an autistic child, in special education, you'd think her school would get that. DFACS showed up when her 2 year old was taking a nap and my daughter was in the shower. The doorbell and the knocking woke up the baby and my daughter didn't hear anything because her head was under water. When she got out
  15. My daughter and SIL are rooting for GC, thank you for the info.
  16. Is that the right link? I got some weird site that had no video that I could find.
