Gracious isn't a strong enough word to describe how helpful and accommodating Mark was. We were all set to work with him because he was straight forward and honest, while being compassionate to her situation. That's why I felt bad when she called me and said it had sold to the neighbor friends without ever being listed, I felt like we were taking food off of his table.

And while I hate that we met with Mark and he ended up not getting a commission, I'm elated that she will make more money and with it being sold, it's the major thing that has been weighing on her mind. She was so afraid to have two payments, but that's not an issue now, thank Heaven.

The parents of this little girl need to put out of our misery. Starving to death is a cruel, slow, and painful death, how does a human actually starve a child to death? They're both a waste of good space and breathable air. The father of the 12 year old boy needs to go too.

We've never done Thanksgiving out, but with everything going on with MIL, Hubby thought it was be easier. My daughters wanted to order pizza, but I had to put my foot down on that one!

I agree and I've had that conversation with MIL already. And something for the neighbor that brought her the buyers too. This is SOOOO crazy! I've never heard of anything like this before. And we had a plan for sprucing up, rearranging, cleaning, etc, and most of that doesn't have to been done now. She has to pack what she wants, move and then have an estate sale after she moves out in 3 1/2 weeks. I swear, I'm confused by all of this!

Nope, they were doing all of that on Friday when he came back to take pics and place the sign.

My MIL decided to sell her house and move into a senior community, so I called CMarkWillix because I'd heard only wonderful things about him. We met him today, had a great meeting and made a plan to stage the house and list it on Friday. MIL called me about an hour after I left her house, while I was picking up things we needed to help get the house ready. She said that her neighbor, who is also a friend, called her and asked if she was selling her house, she said yes and the neighbor said that she had some friends that she thought would be interested. Unlimited Party Rentals on Rosedale behind Home Depot in Hiram. I've used them several times and am using them again in a few weeks for Thanksgiving. They're great.

Anytime .........it really was F-U-N-N-Y. He played his part really well and he got several positive comments on his get up. And the best thing of all, he was the only Slenderman we saw, so he was an original. Of course I always knew that!!!
