Cut out all of the WHITE food..Whole grain only and eat your CARBS at Breakfast and Lunch..Only Meat and Veggies at Dinner...No Alcohol because you have high Triglycerides. Best thing you can do for yourself..Walk at least 30 minutes a day..Better yet aim for 60. Good luck

Be patient...It took DH 7 months to get hired there...I think having his A&P license is what helped get him....It takes awhile for the Secret Clearance to go thru too. Good luck!

My first thought reading this is how much of that car payment do you write off on your taxes since you are a business owner And of course we have savings accounts even the kids. I actually have to much in savings..I should invest more of it. I am debt free except for my house note and I charge everything but never run a balance. I like getting my GIFT CARDS.

I just started working after 10 years of staying home with the kids. DH has a payraise with his civilian job and military. But we need the money paying rent and a mortgage. Not cheap...And the cost of living in MD $$$$$$$$$$$$$ Thank god for the commisary.

You could come to my area..Fly into DC...There is a flight pretty much every hour..Sight see in DC then rent a car and ck out ST Marys and Calvet County MD..Then drive to Baltimore. DC is an hour away from me and Baltimore is a 1 1/2 - 2 hour drive..Also on the way would be the Naval Acadamy in Annapolis, MD..
