From what my insurance company/Tricare has told me in the past...If we go to the DR/HOSP because of an injury..If it wasn't an accident..They will go after the party that caused it..If someone gets hurt at my home..My homeowners policy covers the bill...If it was the other way around I would expect the other party to take care of it...Everyone has homeowners insurance..If it is a renter go after the owner.
