  1. I'm good while in GA I can just walk up to Publix that is very close to my house When I was in NYC I really didn't notice that many overweight people, they must have been on the subway, which I avoided like the plague.
  2. The sub that I live in is called WILDEWOOD LOL. I have walking trails with trees everywhere. They are not allowed to remove trees, many of the houses..Their lot is a house with toooo many trees if you ask me. When the hurricance came thru here last summer it looked like a war zone with all of the unrooted trees, many of them are still laying on the ground, yet to be removed. Yesterday I looked out my window..I have no houses in front of my house and I saw two deer. So you can still live in town and have Nature. They keep building houses and the poor deer have no where to go sad to say.
  3. My co-worker just came here from Japan, where they bike everywhere. And they have a bike path, but I still say it is toooo dangerous to use it..To much traffic and too many crazy drivers.
  4. I guess it depends on what part of the country you are at. GA/Paulding is not walker friendly that is for sure. I would just want to walk to Abney (old location) since there was hardly any parking spaces. They didn't even have a cross walk to cross the street Then you go to the Silver Comet Trail, which is so nice, but then you have to worry about getting mugged or RAPED Here is MD there are tons of walking trails, My sub even has one. I am a walker and it is much easier here that is for sure.
  5. I want this shot but I have to wait till I'm 50 or 55 to get it. How much does it cost if you just pay for it out of pocket? What is the average age that you get shingles?
  6. The worst drivers I have ever seen...I see everyday here in MD. You cant even say it is MD drivers because they are from all over the country, due to the military base. No kidding on the main road span of about 18 miles there were over 600 accidents last year alone. CRAZY
  7. My son's best friend (DAD) is a rocket scientist...I'll ask him about it
  8. Here's to SAHDAD's TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. She was on CNN last night clariying what she said...Everyone can tell what she ment. I know she has MS but what year did she get it. So let me get this straight, she cant work a job outside the home with MS but she can raise kids with no help when she has MS ETA Looks like her youngest son was 17 when she was dig with MS.
  10. How did she criticize her, all she said was that she didn't have a paying job. If she didn't use those exact words that is what she ment.
  11. I agree To add IMO working moms have it the hardest...And MRS Romney never had it hard raising kids come on, I'm sure she has hired help for cleaning and Nannys as they grew up. Her hardest battle has been her health and I'm glad to see she is doing well. MS and Cancer And sorry to say, when you are a stay at mom you are not getting paid...When I hear job, it means you are getting paid. I was a SAHM for 10 years, it is much easier to stay at home than being a working MOM. Do you ever laugh? You could tell it was a joke If I had 5 sons, at leas
  12. I was there a few weeks ago, walking around at night, seemed safe enough to me. I was by the inner harbor area. Not sure how far away the courthouse is. You should be able to walk anywhere without being attacked, to bad the world is full of hateful mean people. I am not playing a race card. I would have been as outraged if it was a white person doing this to a black person. I was outraged at what was done to this man.
  13. I just start talking over them.
  14. The weather is crazy. It was in the 30's here last night and on Sunday the high is 86
  15. Words cannot even describe how outraged I am at this!! http://www.thesmokinggun.com/buster/assault/videotaped-baltimore-street-beating-879234
  16. We are now in MD. NAS Oceana was his last duty station. So thankful that there are no casualties at this time.
  17. I saw this and had to share. Were you in NYC and RYAN http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-04-04/entertainment/zap-ryan-gosling-saves-pink-wigged-british-woman-f-20120403_1_busy-new-york-intersection-ryan-gosling-taxi "Who needs People's Sexiest Man Alive title when you're a real-life superhero like Ryan Gosling? On Tuesday (April 3), the actor reportedly saved a woman from stepping off the pavement in front of a speeding taxi at a busy New York intersection. The woman in question, reports the New York Observer, is Laurie Penny -- who writes for "the Independent, Guardia

  21. OK we get it.... Peps on PCOM think the economy sucks....I don't see it where I live, if it is so bad, move where the jobs are. I know when I move I am getting a smaller car and moving closer to work. Times are a changing and living in the subs just doesn't work anymore for me. GAS $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ETA tell your kids to get a STEM degree. That is really big in the Highschool here in MD so the kids can get a job on the base making $$$$$$ and they will stay in the area and not leave. HAHA do it in the PF and the GANG jumps all over you.
