In a way I've been doing this for the past 2 years. I don't eat that much at work, come home eat what ever I want for dinner. Weekend I def eat more. I lost weight without even trying. Would you mind sharing your breakdown? I like this part about the diet. "The Benefits of SIRT1 The SIRT1 gene, or "skinny gene," assists with weight loss by inhibiting fat storage and increasing fat metabolism. By causing the body to store fewer fat cells, SIRT1 can also slow the aging process by reducing the risk of age-related diseases and health threats, including heart attack and stroke, dia

Has anyone tried the UP AND DOWN DIET? I am going to start this next week. If I lose 5 or 10lbs that would be great but I'm doing it more for health reasons. Basically for 2 weeks you eat 500 calories every other day. Then the next day you eat whatever you want without pigging out. This method triggers your 'skinny gene' or SIRT1 gene and produces wonderful weight loss results along with other health benefits, according to the website. After that your calorie level does go up. Here is the calculator http://www.johnsonupdaydowndaydiet.com/html/how-to-do-the-diet.html

That is crazy, after reading this thread I really think we should be like other countries and every kid should do 2 years military serve when they turn 18.

Now I'm confused. "Maryland Md. Labor and Employment Code Ann. §8-1001 (1) A circumstance for voluntarily leaving work is valid only if it is: (iii) caused by the individual leaving employment to follow a spouse if: 1. the spouse: A. serves in the United States military; or B. is a civilian employee of the military or of a federal agency involved in military operations; and 2. the spouse's employer requires a mandatory transfer to a new location."

Thanks for the link...Looks like I am SOL "The laws for some states---Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Texas, Utah and Virginia---disqualifies a military spouse from receiving unemployment compensation when they have voluntarily left their job to reside with their spouse at military locations"

I hope someone on here can answer this one for me. I bet it is a NOOOO you don't get anything........... Can I claim unemployment as a military spouse if DH gets orders to a new state and I have to quit my job in order to relocate with him? I know if a Servicemember separates or retires, they get Unemployment. Just wondered if the spouse gets anything................

The best Big Mac I ever had was in London, the worst/but tasted so good was in Rota, Spain, only because it was cold by the time we received it. Made my day when someone said we are going on a McDonald run, what do you want? Now I am lucky if I eat at one twice a year.
