I want to make sure I understand what you're saying here. The 2009 budget was a Democratic budget by Congress. The 2010 budget is not from Congress but belongs to Obama. So Bush had nothing to do with it? Don't forget the stimulus that Obama is still working with was requested by Bush and Bush only spent about half of it, while Obama has only spent 25% of that total. How come Bush gets no blame but Obama gets all the blame?
