^ Best Buy is pretty good, especially during the sales. I have a Lenovo laptop and my husband has a HP Pavillion X360 which is really good. Both we bought at Best Buy. When my tower crashed, the repair place I tried recommended Frys for looking into a replacement. Haven't tried them yet, but have gotten recommendations from others on this place as well. ^^ Same here. I do add bay leave(s) to recipes to enhance and add additional depth of flavor. Where I add them tend to be more hearty dishes like soups, roasts, stews, marinara sauces. Take it out before serving! It/Them won't hurt you but isn't pleasant to eat at all as they do not break down at all. FYI -- there is a big difference between dried and fresh bay leaves. I tend to stay with dried when I cook. Fresh can be overwhelming.

About an inch here and still snowing (lightly). Cold and getting colder ... done ... Edited to add: 2 inches at least here, snowing has ceased. Snow is "crunchy" but didn't see ice when I went out to the road. Seen a couple of cars and no sliding. Will learn more as husband will be going out soon and will be hitting the main roads.

We have propane, but the furnace is electric spark to start as well as the controls. Wood stove and propane (manually started) fireplace was a savoir. Same here -- gas/propane stove where we just had to manually light it, but no oven. unfortunately not here .... no electricity meant the well wasn't able to pump water hope you are doing much better today!
