There is a couple of inches on the rails of the deck. If it was slightly colder outside when all of this started, there would be a lot more snow. Should be interesting by morning to see how much we get as this is supposed to do this all night long.

can't help with your gloating ... but I understand after my stint with retail and holidays I can tell you that DH did the beer shopping and other last minute items yesterday. Crowds but ok! Today, passed 2 grocrery stores where the lots looked full -- didn't push my luck for anything. hopefully someone has better info than me

Wrapped presents are over rated. Wastes paper and makes you spend time to find out what the gift is. I hope you got a mayberry and today is a better day for you! -
we are going to have filet mignon (maybe with mushroom wine sauce or not), twice baked potatoes, spinach /salad.
