I also have 3 large, agressive dogs........2 german sheps and a shep/rottweiller mix. I never feel uncomfortable in my house. Burglars are most likely going to skip my house and head to a neighbors.............

Cinnamon is my signature scent. My house always smells like cinnamon....yum! Mine too, and it does!!! Just got one yesterday at WalMart. Now I smell like cinnamon and a woodburning fireplace!!

I was glued to the tv this morning watching the ceremony, as I am every Sept 11th, sobbing because of the sadness and the families left behind. Then I heard someone say that everyone who called home that day knowing they wouldn't get out told their family to "have a great life", "be happy" "don't be sad for me" and "don't mourn me after I am gone". I know I would have said the exact same thing, had I been in the same situation. 3000 people died that morning, but more than 20,000 were saved thanks to the NYFD and NYPD. I think it is time to go on and celebrate the lives of those 3

I can't even begin to tell you how many of those names I know......but most importantly, Colleen Ann Deloughery. She never knew a stranger, just a friend she hadn't met yet. I miss her dearly. Thank you. No matter how hard I try to stay away, I watch it all over again, every year. When that 1st tower goes down, I say goodbye.....again. I can't believe 10 yrs have passed. Amazing, simply amazing.

I will be remembering my beautiful niece, Colleen, and all the wonderful memories I have of her. Please remember her children in your prayers on Sunday. Michael was only 5 and Amanda was only 8 the day their mom went to work and didn't come home. Please remember her husband, Jay, as well. He still isn't past the anger and has completely turned away from God.............it is beyond sad to see what has happened to this wonderful family.

My first thought was they were going to try to cut him out (this before I knew the accident happened at least 2 1/2 hours before). Tonight I was thinking there was no way they would put the sheet o the OUTSIDE of the car if they were trying to protect him from broken glass. They would have put it over him.....

I have been thinking about this accident all day. My coworker said he saw it at 7:30 pm. I came through at 10 pm and it was still there. I saw someone still buckled into the front driver seat, and there were taking a white sheet out of the fire truck. I can't imagine why the driver would still be in the care 2 1/2 hours after the accident (or more). They were putting a sheet over the windshield when I passed. Does anyone know what happened???
