NG, is it just the meds your parent's need that this CVS will not cover or all meds under Medicare? I am asking because my Mama uses CVS in Marietta. She does not take those meds, but does take a bunch of other meds. -
Respect for the body of a loved one
Mrs. Jack Russell replied to MissSophie's topic in RECENT TOPICS
The only experience I have had with loved ones dieing at home were in Cobb County (MIL and Daddy). Both times they were taken out using a gurney. I can not imagine having my loved ones "hauled" out in this manner. I'm sorry this happened to your friend. Also I don't find it disrespectful asking for opinions of this on p.com. It it helps another family not have this happen to them, then it was worth it. -
I am proud of you!!

LOL I read this last night and I didn't understand what it meant! Glad to know I wasn't the only one. I have never thought of being jealous and being proud at the same time.

Seven Hills Amenities (esp. Basketball Courts)

One good thing that 7 Hills (and Northside schools) did was get a 2 lane bridge on Harmony Grove Church Road. I live off of Dabbs Bridge and I didn't like having that bridge out for an entire summer, but I do love the 2 lane bridge now. -
I was fortunate to see a space shuttle launch years ago. A police officer friend had moved to Fla and worked security at the space center. He called me because they had delayed a launch for days and it hit when we were going to Orlando. We went to see it. It was so cold and he brought us blankets. (a friend of mine and her 2 nieces). It was so worth it. It was awesome. It launches and then a few minutes after the noise and the vibrations are so huge. I was videoing it (tape lost somewhere) and you can hear me saying that I wish my sister was there to see it. It was a once in a life t

Yep, we were country, before the country (NE Paulding) was cool. LOL -
Music Row. It's near the Country Music Hall of Fame, I think. It's just a bunch of shops and bars, but it's cool.

That is possibly it. I checked your link and I saw a portable one that is kind of like it, but it didn't look like the same kind. Thanks -
This week while at a campground I got a massage. By the way, it was wonderful and needed. I mentioned to the person that since I had been crocheting a lot that my hands hurt. He used this device that was hand held and looked kinda like a dremal tool and zapped my hands a couple of times and the pain was gone. It worked off a battery and it felt like a slight bee sting. A friend of mine years ago told me about her Chiropractor using something like this on her back. I was told that I could purchase one on-line, but I don't remember what it's called. I googled Chiropractor zappy thingy

Those of you with stress issues...i need suggestions
Mrs. Jack Russell replied to sharee.smith's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Start a journal. List things you are worrying about. Make notes on what you can do to help each situation. If there is nothing you can do for a situation, put it in God's hands and don't take the burden back. Make a wish list of things that you want to see happen with what ever is worrying you. You'll be surprised at how many will get checked off and you didn't do a thing to help with the situation. This way you will see that there was nothing you could do by worrying about them. Best of luck to you. -
Recently we experienced issues with pill clinics in our family. We saw how the pill Suboxone can help with withdrawals from years of pill abuse. I also learned how this person was able to get so many pills and I was shocked. They knew which doctor to go to that would give them a month's supply and which one would give them 2 weeks supply. It was so easy. They knew how to go to more than one doctor. They knew how to trade pills until pay day. They knew which pharmacy carried what brand of these pills to the point that one generic pill would not be as strong as another. (I don't understand

It is very peaceful here. Even with our camper windows and door shut we can hear the stream. We have only seen 2 waterfalls so far. We were the only campers until yesterday and one more got here. I think only one of the cabins has someone in it. So it's very peaceful here. I have been to Banning Mills for a Ladies retreat. It is very peaceful there too. They have Zip Lines that I wouldn't do if you paid me. Horses I think. Massages!!! We are going late April for another ladies retreat.

GT, I am at the Enota Campground right now. They have cabins and there are 4 waterfalls on the property. We haven't check them out yet. I'll let you know about them when I see them. It is north of Helen and so far very peaceful. Oh you don't want that. LOL It is close to Helen for a day trip and Brasstown Bald too. Edited to add: It has great fast wireless internet so you could stay on Pcom and Facebook too. It's faster than at my house. LOL
