I watched the first episode on "On Demand" because I was watching something else when it came on. It's okay. I will watch it again. Cindy Lauper is a hoot. I don't think her and Sharon are gonna be getting along at all. LOL

Susan added this to her FB page last night: I saw my beloved Lance today. They explained to me that he had not been preped and I explained quite simply....I want to see my Lance. God truly blessed me by allowing me to see him and get complete and total peace. God is so good to me, so good indeed. Visitation will be at West Cobb from 5-8 on Sat and Sun. Funeral at Macland at 11 and burial at Georgia National Cemetery at 2. She is a very strong, but broken hearted young woman.

Susan put this on her FB page about 10 minutes ago: Patriot Riders...American Legion...Cobb Police...what a way to honor Lance!! Headed to airport. I don't know if they are going to Hartsfield Airport or Dobbins. Two co-workers of Lance's are bringing the body home to Susan today. I have no details other than this.

Yep, that is where I met Susan. I was riding with a CCPD officer and we took one to intake. She was this smart-arse girl who took no crap off of anyone. After that meeting she treated me like she had known me forever every time we saw each other. I have been honored to call her and Lance my friends. My husband and his rookie were backing Lance up on a traffic stop on Barrett Parkway between Dallas Highway and 41. They pulled up behind Lance's patrol car. I was driving home from Marietta around 9:30 this morning in a blizzard. (I even took a video of it....LOL) The closer I got to Paulding the less snow there was. It's stopped snowing here for now.

PUMBA, thanks for all you are doing. Susan's last FB status was that she is coming home today from Dover. I am guessing Lance's body is still in Dover for the autopsy. I know who LGM's Daddy is. Stingray PM me please. I used to be the STEP secretary.

PUMBA, I am in contact with an CCPD officer's. Two police officers are going with her now to the airport. She is going to call them to try and get info on when they will be bringing the body home. The info I have now is that it is probably going to be Wednesday and his body will be brought in via Hartsfield.

I'll do my best to get the info for you. I know there was to be an autopsy done in Dover. I am guessing that they are still going to do it before they bring his body home. What an awesome thing your group does.

Thanks Tow. Yeah, it's Lance Warren. Mr. Dis mentioned he saw it on Lance LaRusso's FB page. Lance Warren's wife, Susan, updated her FB page. A friend and co worker for Lance's will be on the fight to Dover with his body. She will be in Dover tomorrow night to start the journey home with her beloved husband. I'm requesting prayers for Susan. TIA

A friend and co-worker from Cobb County PD died this week in Afghanistan. He was there working for a private security/training company. He had been the Military as well as being a former Cobb County Police Officer. He was married to a wonderful woman and they had 4 children. The death seems to be a natural death at this time. He was only 45 years old. His body is being flown to Dover Delaware for an autopsy.
