Not so picky about ketchup, but yellow mustard has most definitely got to be French's. On a side note, why are restaurants so stingy with mustard? Most places you have to ask for it, unlike ketchup, and then they only want to give you a couple small packets or a little tiny bowl/container.

My first exposure to the song was the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, fell in love with the song,then what 1970/71, but to see Sammy Davis Jr. sing it and perform it, well, he was Mr. Bo Jangles. I've got his version on a CD here, and when "his "dog up and died, he up and died" still makes me cry.

I always loved Sammy Davis Jr.'s version.

Today I actually saw a Brown Thrasher playing chase with a chipmunk, we saw some kind of blond bird at our birdfeeder, and apparently, according to the news recap there was an Emu stopping traffic on I-20.. I think it's the only conclusion.

As a Mom, if my son (only child) wants to go the air show, (probably not,) wants to go fishing, watch sports (Go Hawks and Braves!), or just want's to sit with me and talk.........................that's my perfect Mother's Day. Not brunch, etc, Just time with my son. The air shows are very cool! When we lived in Smyrna the Blue Angels flew over our little house, shook the windows, but we could sit on the front porch and watch for free. Very cool.

I know, on both counts. Amazing that it wasn't worse with no vehicles on the ground being hit.
