I remember a couple of years when it actually snowed. Hopefully the bad stuff will hold off til later tonight. I think I'm staying home, I didn't go last year...........it was the first time in about 20 years I didn't go. Think I'll sit this one out as well. -
Anyone else having trouble with satellite TV signal
Cathyhelms replied to Cathyhelms's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I reset it twice, didn't work. Funny it's just the satellite news channels that appear to be having trouble. -
Anyone else having trouble with satellite TV signal

Seems fine on the other TVs, must be the DVR. -
My dish seems to be acting really weird, not all channels just some and I get the error code 771 - searching for signal.

It seems the OP knows no one on medicare, believing only the lies and misrepresentations spewed by the left wing media. Then there is this at the very end of the OPs link: <snip>

They really are great people, we have been using them for years seeing our trailers manage to get stolen quite often.

Yay!! Every state should follow suit with this. -
Blue, lost money last year, losing even more money this year, next year looks worse. If not for saving $ from the past our business would be gone. Sorry I don't share your optimism on this. Apparently other businesses feel the same way I do. If it's getting better how do you explain the increase in unemployment?? This is after all, the time when companies hire lots of temporary seasonal help.
-
Oh yeah, it's getting better alright. November unemployment numbers are up to 9.8%. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel............oh wait, it's a train

Cool, my son still lives in Joliet. He's the only one left besides a couple of aunts, uncles and cousins. Everybody else got some sense and moved to where it was warmer.

"I need some advise". Don't know why but that one bothers me. You "advise" someone, when you want their input you want "advice".

Yep, Chicago is cold. Congrats to you and your son!! If you have time, go to the museum of Science and Industry!! It's very old but very cool. The building itself is done in beautiful marble and columns. If it's not too cold Brookfield Zoo is wonderful, big, flat and lots of indoor adventures. The field museum is pretty good, I remember the Egyptian exhibit best with all the mummies and stuff. It's right downtown near Navy Pier, the Aquarium and the Planeterium, the Art Institute is right there, too. I know the Sears Tower (or what ever it's called now) is cool because it's the tal

Not sure where you live but my mom uses Harbin Clinic in Rome, she has a General doctor, a Pulmonologist, and an Oncologist. All in the same location or very, very close to each other. I cannot say enough good things about them, they are also affiliated with Redmond Medical Center (hospital) in Rome. We live in Yorkville so it's not that far for us.

I was Illinois District 99 5th, 6th and 7th grade Spelling Bee champ. Doesn't bother me as much as before, there's a lot to be thankful for when you get older. I will say it drives me crazy when someone writes something the way they text it, especially at work. So if teachers have given up on correcting spelling and these kids text all the time, I wonder what future written correspondence will look like.
