I think the main thing is, let the tea cool before you add sugar or splenda. Not cold just cool, adding the sugar when it's hot changes the taste. I usually use the coffee pot for mine, 7 tea bags for 12 cups of water I put them in the pot, not in the grounds basket. Let is seep for about 5-10 minutes, add 12 more cups of water then sweeten to taste, chill or add ice.

Servers work hard, they are on their feet for a long time. I always tip 15% for regular service, 20% for good service, sometimes more. I usually leave a couple of dollars even when all the servers do is bring your drinks or clean your table (Briar Patch comes to mind). I don't mind tipping someone to clean up behind me, I'm glad I don't have to do it. Good servers deserved good tips.

I have two sets of Corelle winter frost or winter white. They are open stock everywhere, including Wallywold. Most of mine are over 30 years old, no chipping no cracks. If you do happen to drop one on a ceramic floor, they shatter. Little pieces of glass everywhere!!! But with the white, they can always be replaced. Wouldn't trade them for anything!!!
