No football game tonight, it's our off night (thank goodness) cause tomorrow will be a fun filled day spent at Hiram High School for the GIBC competition hosted by Hiram. Lot's of bands coming to perform..always love watching them and listening to them. Makes for a long day but a good one! Sunday is church then chill time =)

Yes I can recommend a fantastic one..had mine done in Feb at Cobb. He was/is the best general surgeon around. Very thorough doc and has the best bedside manner with his patients. Just a super guy. His name is Dr. Odum. His office is over off Mulky Road.

Well that explains alot with my moods the last couple days...uggh

yes She's Every Woman is awesome..everything he does is awesome. I worked with his dad for years and heard him singing in their basement when he was just a kid. he has come a long long way. I have his first demo CD's which are awesome! The boy can sing for sure! I think he'll do great with Q100 and I hope he does get his big break. he so deserves it

That is to funny you say that about Travis..that is where I met him..well I should say ran into him literally..he was walking out the door and I was walking in and had my head down digging in my purse and ran slap into him..I almost knocked him on his butt. I felt so stupid..he was more concerned that I was ok. Nice guy. I have met Montgomery Gentry back when the Buckboard was open I have met many wrestlers over the years (hubby is a huge wrestling nut/uh I mean fan) Shook Chris Cagle's, Gary Allen and Luke Bryan's hand at Cowboys before. That's about the extent of my celebrit

It takes awhile...I wrote a check for my son's fundraiser stuff around that same time and it still hasn't cleared. It sometimes takes a month or more before they deposit the stupid things. That's why I hate writing checks! But i would call the school and ask which department was doing the fundraising and find out if the check was turned in.

Yep pretty much same with me!! Had mine out in Feb. of this year..went to doc cause pain was coming and going constantly and then thought I might have appendicitis and doc sent me for ultrasound. Found a gall bladder so full of stones. He said my gb hadn't worked in years and he didn't understand how I was even coping with the pain. Had it removed 2 days later. So glad I did

I agree..Hiram was robbed =) Those kids worked so so hard and so wanted to get 1st in their class. Why 2nd is not shabby, they wanted 1st for Dr. D. But Dr. D was praising them over and over when they were done competing as he always does. He is always so proud of his band as he should be =) On another note..who enjoyed JSU...oh my they are AWESOME!!!!!!! I totally left out my congrats to PCHS..you guys were awesome as well =)

Hiram has had a great season so far =)

My DD is in the chorus at Hiram and she told me that they are singing at the funeral. I just called her and she thinks it at Douglas First. The funeral is at 3. She was not where she could look at the paper the chorus teacher gave them.

I have been having them every night for the last week 1/2. It was so bad last weekend that both legs were so sore I could barely walk. It has eased up a little, meaning not getting them in both legs at the same time, just in one or the other. When they hit you at once in both legs...it's HORRIBLE! Doc thinks it's low potassium. Had some blood work to check several things. Will see. But yes Banana's help big time and powerade =)

It was a good parade. All the homecoming court girls looked beautiful. JROTC did a fantastic job..I felt sorry for the girl carrying the American Flag, it got hung in a tree limb, but she recovered nicely. It was weird not having the band kick off the parade so we could hear the parade coming but they were the end of the parade and did a good job as usual. For the most part traffic seemed to flow ok, I didn't hear to many horns blowing. It was a little hectic on 278 but it seemed to flow pretty quickly once they opened the roads back up.

I agree...we have to many Mexican rest. now. They could have put an Olive garden there...I am sure that would have made people happy. On a side note, I think they need to put a sweet tomatoes where Sunny's used to be. I would eat there every single day =)

I was thinking it would be awesome for the band to march the entire way also, but according to my DD she said they think otherwise. Maybe he will change his mind today and let them march longer..we shall see I guess =)
