<br /><br /><br />Exactamundo! We have had a few people quit to leave and go to another company only to see them on our claims list a few weeks later... It's pretty irritating that we didn't even get a notice or hearing, just bam, claims against our number....

We've always used West Ga Fence, great people... Our fence gate broke at the 13th month (1 year warranty) and I called for a repair. They included it on warranty even though it had expired because they said that particular part (metal gate clamp type closing mechanism that they didn't even make) should not have failed so early... That's service!

The unemployment office is a strange animal and very inconsistent. .. what they deny for one person the next person they approve so it would be worth a shot. But it no doubt would be a very long shot.

The guy asked for "that" insurance guy on here and everyone knew who he meant so your post seems odd... If "the other" guy wants the business then maybe he should invest himself in the P.com community like "that" guy has done for years... if I was "that" guy I would be kinda pissed. Unfortunately anything you try would be a waste of time. Given the recent raises they would have a hard time getting unemployment denied. I would force their and file for it asap...

The county REALLY needs to look at an option like Wilderness at the Smokies in Sevierville.... It has a convention center attached and is a pretty decent drive from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. It is always packed and never bothers anyone that it is off from the main action, in fact we like it because of that fact.... Imagine how packed that place would stay if they sold passes to the community until they took off as a tourist hot spot.... I expect commission on this idea when it comes to fruition or at least a road named after me.... I can see it now... Bill Carruth Pkwy is coming down and
