Don't even get me started on this one. That jackass went to sporting goods and removed an antitheft device and opened a sealed box to pull that pellet gun out and carry it around the store. I am sorry that someone shot your cat with a pellet gun. I know how upset I would be if someone shot my dog. That is why I try extra hard to keep my animals in my house or in my fenced back yard. Animals that roam the neighborhood are more likely to have something bad happen to them.

After living in a subdivision that didn't have a HOA, I LOVE MY HOA. My old subdivision looks like hell. If the fence was previously approved, you will only have to meet the design standards with your fence, when you have to get a new fence. Until then, keep the old one in repair and freshly stained/painted.
