My mother is 92 & has just been diagnosed with COPD . her oxygen level is fine during the day. But when she sleeps, it goes way down. She is now on oxygen at night. Not helpful that she also has bladder problems and cannot get a good nights sleep. She has had pneumonia twice in the last year. The winter before last she was in the hospital for 17 days. I now take her to Wellstar once a month, for a year, to get an IV drip that is to build up her immune system. She does not have cancer, but she gets the drip in the oncology building. I hope they give these kids a chance. They WANT to go to school. They WANT to graduate. They WANT their education. They were planning to succeed. They had expectations. They are not drop-outs. I was one of the people who lost my job. March 8th to be exact. Our boss came into the office at 2pm and just told us he could not afford to keep us in the office anymore. I was really shocked as I had gotten him some really big contracts. The contracts I found for him, I found on my own through searches. HUGE contracts , a couple in millions . I don't like the idea of the store being at the enterance like that . I'm sure the kids WILL love it . They will most likely want to walk to the store every day this summer and buy candy and little toys.

I don't know the kids involved or their parents. But I think we should now just let it go. I really question how much these kids can mentally take. If some kid is bashed on facebook it is called bullying. I really think we should let it rest. We don't know their parents 'mentality'. I'm sure they have been put through the ringer. As a community, I know the kids did wrong. But has anyone talked to the parents? Do you know the parents? Has anyone offered to mentor any of these kids ? Any community outreach ? Yesterday,I was at a gas station in Kennesaw. Waiting to pay my $20 for the gas pump. And I was behind a lady who bought $200 quick picks I couldn't believe it !

I was in my sons room & heard a noise. I thought the cat was in his closet . Upon investigation, I found about 50 brown bugs on his bedroom window (outside). They look like brown ladybugs . And yes, I found a pic & these are more square . Could this the the Stinkbugs they were talking about last year ? Anyone else have them ? Why would they want to be on his window ?

What they did was bad & it got way out of hand . Im sure the court will handle it best. each one should have to stay in jail for a day or 2. Not with their friends, but in the cell . They will be able to look around, it will be scary. But they will have time to reflect and look around and say to themselves, I don't belong here . I hope this brings dialogue in homes about discussing consequences like this with your teens & pre-teens. Especially with Prom & graduation just around the corner ! I saw on Dr. Oz once how the teen brain is not fully developed yet. They are very impulsive & do not think ahead of consequences much of the time. I don't think it's over yet. They just showed it on the news again and they stated that if anyone has any information, to call. So it is still under investigation. I still can't believe how so many of them were out at 3 am ??? Yes, you leave them in jail for a few days . They will NEVER want to go back ! It is no Club-Med . Then you bail them out @ ground them until their hearing. Then get a lawyer . Afterwards, they have to get a job to pay you back.

Well..Double-whammy for me. I am in my 50's . But I am in good health,a widow,and my kids are grown. I have no other obligations. I guess if I don't find a better job,I will have to find a second job. But I can't imagine myself working two jobs for the next 10 years.

One was at 2pm on a Friday. 2 weeks ago another company had me come in at 9am on a Tuesday. Now I have another interview this Thursday at 9am.And they said the interview can last 2 1/2 hours . I remember years ago reading an interview with Whitney in Rolling Stone magazine. She said people liked to think of her as the beautiful woman in beautiful designer gowns ,singing.
