No one had the foresight to address technologys intrusion into our life. Yes, we need to expand privacy rights to cover our electronic footprint, but framing constitutional grey areas as political partisanship this early in the game is just Pubby being a democrat. Personally, I support putting everyone who crosses the border illegally into detention centers. As I stated in 2005.... It's time that Republicans and Democrats fulfill their promises of a secure border to the citizens of our nation. Fix the problem as promised and the rest resolves itself. - Jamie

I'm by no means am an expert when it comes procedural rules, but with respect to the Senate and the Tax plan, your looking at two different scenarios (Apples to oranges) not an example of selectively circumventing the rules.
