No one is denying Ms Dean from running a business. The Food Network was not Ms Deans business. The retailers that sold her ware were not her businesses. The publishers that printed her books did not belong to Ms D. She does have a restaurant and last I heard it's still her's.

Who wouldn't like a Children's nursery next door with all that colorful playground equipment and those zany cartoon character cutouts in the front yard.
