I think you believe we are still in the 70's. Work hard and the system will reward you. Which does not explain why the middle class is disappearing in America. And why adjusted for inflation those that are still in the middle class have seen no increase in wealth over the last twenty years. I'm sure there are exceptions but they are getting to be few and far in between.

Everyone is a racist. Blacks, Whites, Hispanics, Asians. It's ingrained into our DNA. We may try to deny it, suppress it, or rise above it but deep down in we are all racist. It's to the degree you let it run your life, make decisions or judge other people that sets you apart.
