Shhhhhh.... We like to refer to them as EPA "inspectors". Little 18 inch buggers with big red eyes, (but not the Chupacaba eyes... let's not get Blondie started). They keep them in the containers all day so their eyes stay dilated,,, then when they put them in the sewers, they can see perfectly well until they run low on red blood cells. Then they bring them back out, put them in the containers with lots of chicken nuggets and canned tuna to build up their green cell counts, which then morph into red blood cells again, and back they go into the sewers. It's not really uncommon for Auto Zone and Advance Auto to build within shouting distance of each other, as they can't afford to let one or the other have exclusive control over a given area. A couple of additional things, when I got it on my face the doctor told me it usually follows a nerve bundle and spreads from the back around to the front, then stops in the middle of your body. There was a ballot question back in 88 or 90 as to whether the City of Atlanta should be allowed to use their 10,000+ acre parcel of land to build a second airport. This was a resounding NO. I recall that I had just moved to the county, (1987), and made sure I was registered to vote on this question, which I thought was a strawman poll. I now wonder. I can not find any online information on this election, and have put off going to the county clerk for help... Does anyone else remember this???
