The law already says you should pay this sales tax. You should include it with your state income taxes. The fact that most people don't means they are breaking the law. From the link you posted: The law would not technically put a new requirement on consumers. Online shoppers who do not pay state sales tax at the point of sale are supposed to file it on their income tax returns.

It may be good business for Nissan but it is also good for the people in those countries. Do you think they shouldn't be allowed to have cars since it will "increase the auto emissions load on the world wide environment"? If so, do you have a car?
