  1. maybe report it to the school and maybe she would have to ride the big yellow cheese again. Maybe they could suspend her parking pass for so long, hey mom and dad could drive her to school.
  2. she needs to time herself as to how long it took her to get to the strawberries and back to toys. I do think she may have learned a valuable lesson.
  3. I asked my self the same question and I do not care what Walmart you are at, there is a big gap between looking at strawberries and the the child being in the Toy dept. I hope this is a lesson for all of us.
  4. Glad to hear that she was found alive. If you have dealt with someone in mental distress , it can really be bad. I thank God that she was found alive and I pray she gets the help she needs and I know her family will help her.
  5. Most folks are hesitant to spend any money anywhere because they do not have it. They are working as many jobs as they can to fill thier tanks up and keep food on the table and to pay taxes. That has been what we have done for many years now. It is sad that that another business is closing and they want to say the economy is doing better.Shaking my head!
  6. that so called friend must have been pretty miserable themself to do what they done, and now it is time to move on. Wisdom from my hubby's grandmother. " You cannot have a spouse and a best friend too." Your spouse is suppose to be your best friend.I have lived by this since she told me this.
  7. I am so jealous, I cannot wait to get to go to our farm and plant this year, I have already started gathering our stuff to take with us including my tiller so I can plant some of my Iris'. There are no rocks down there neither.LOL Enjoy the green thumb down there.

  10. I was at the one in Hiram Wednesday night, the store was empty. Looked as if they were going out of business.
  11. Go buy a new one, alot of times you can go to Lowes or hd and get one in the back that may be scratch and dent. I have a whirlpool and it seem like I bought it for about 225.00
  12. Bronchitis and severe sinusitis. Same stuff affecting everyone else.Rockysmom, do not feel bad, everyone else here is over it, I am having to do for myself too.
  13. I bought season passes in 1995, only got to go 1 time because it rained alot that year. I have not been back since. I did enjoy it when I went there though.
  14. I have changed insurance and need to find a pediatrician for my grandskids. Who would you recommend.
  15. I have tried FL several times for groceries, it did not work well. I do however go up there to buy the small bottled waters for the grandkiddies to take to school daily, as far as Ingles thier mangers are rude, customer service sucks too. I am 1 minute from Ingles and I will drive to Publix /New GA.Even one of the Ingles pharmacy techs left and went to Publix. She is much happier.I used Ingles from the time they opened until 2 years ago. Now thier Gas station is awful too.

  17. that is the first one that I wanted to check out, I did not get to yet,I have been to many daycares/preschools and I have just never seen this before.All diectors and asst. directors are dressed for thier profession.
  18. I have been looking for pre-k for my grandson and there is one on Ridge Road. Reflections, has anyone had thier child at this facility and if you have can you give me some info. It seemed very clean, up to date and the staff seemed to have it together, the director seemed overly dressed in young clothes for her age,a lil scatter brained and did not seem very professional.That was the only thing that seems to bother me.Maybe I am overreacting.Opinions please only if you have had your child there.

Hi, I live across the street from Lancaster and the Lelands that were in front of my house across the street at the entrance to Lancaster were growing toward the powerlines along Dallas Nebo years ago. I hated to see them cut down, they were beautiful, I seen Asplunt or however it is spelled cutting yesterday and they whacked the Cherry trees all the way down, I was blowed away, these trees were not on right of way and they were big and beautiful.   21. It is owned by Johnny Woodward, previous owner of the Johnny's in Powder Spring. Our family (all 17 of us had supper there the Sunday before Christmas and the food was Awesome and so was the service.
  22. I have had that Real Tex Mex in Dallas / Forth worth area BW and it is not the same around here.I just love to go to Aunts and visit and we always have Mexican there. It is just the BEST.
  23. I was not involved in the wreck, but it did look bad and I had to turn around and go out Polk to Barrett to get around, prayers for the ones involved.
