My favorite thing about the place is they will sell you only what you want. If there is a pack of 2 steaks and you only want one, they will break the pack. Very nice people, great products and nice prices.

I just checked out the web pages for some local "small towns". It is amazing what businesses and industries have home offices in surrounding towns like Rome, Lagrange and Cartersville. Why can we not lure some of these jobs here???

I actually did know about this place. More businesses like it need to be brought here. And, I agree with the drive-in.

What is the closest beach area? It takes us about 5 1/2 hours to get to PCB from here but I was wondering if anything is closer. How long does it take to get to the coast in Alabama and or South Carolina? Also, about how long of a trip to Savannah?

Also, churches sometimes need this type of arrangement for missionaries that are on furlough. Just a thought. Curious...what would the rent be and would you need a deposit?

Sounds great. Since I do not know the past with your ex I am just going to say what I would do. I would go about this with a negotiation: Tell the ex that since your income will be greatly increased that you will be willing to forgo child support during that time provided that he put the money into an account for him to spend on your son the following year. Then when you get back allow him to stay with his dad for a year and they will have money banked to enjoy time together here.....Just my thought.

Here's the Cliffs notes version: Some people like Ms.Jessie, some don't. A few people saw sheriffs cars out and about but we don't know who they were looking for. Everbody seemed to have something to eat thanks to the dinner threads. There may or may not be a bear on the loose but we know that if we see it not to call animal control but instead inform the DNR. We think Fred's went out of business. And there was no activity at the airport.

You could not pay me to go to Hiram or Powder Springs.....too crowded. My sister went to Villa Rica last year and said it was awesome, we will probably try that.

My favorite thing to do is the Captain Andersons Dolphin Cruise. I also enjoy the zoo. It is small but fun. Favorite restaurant is Pineapple Willy's. Margarettaville is also good. Keep in mind when eating out that you are much better off going for lunch than dinner. Both price wise and crowd wise. Don't forget to stop at the welcome center and get lots of coupons. Enjoy.

I grew up hearing and saying it to my parents. My son has been hearing it daily for the last 15 years from me. He used to say it to me until he hit 15. Now it seems that I just get the reply "u2" when I tell him or text him. I guess I will take what I can get right now.

If you are considering the shopping adventure and he is a salesman he would love the Atlantas Mart. You may not be able to buy while you are there but the experience is great.
